Gundaker Competes in Pair of Special Events in Land of Lincoln

Trevor Gundaker, of St. Charles, Missouri, invaded Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois and the Brownstown Bullring in Brownstown, Illinois from September 12-15 for a pair of special events. On Tuesday night, the Castrol FloRacing Night in America Series presided over 'One for the Road,' which boasted a hefty $23,023 windfall. Trevor unfortunately missed out on the 50-lap main event; however, as he finished eighth in his heat race and fifth in the B-Main. At Brownstown on Friday evening, a $10,000 top prize was up for grabs in a MARS Championship Series showdown. Trevor Gundaker Grabs Top Ten in $10,000 Wiener Nationals

The Lucas Oil MLRA Series took the Millard Family Racing team to a pair of different ovals in the Show-Me State from September 1-3 for three high-profile events. Things kicked off at the pristine Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri with the two-day 'Ron Jenkins Memorial.' On Friday night in the $5,000 to win opener, Trevor Gundaker finished sixth in his heat race, fourth in his B-Main, and seventeenth in the 30-lap feature. With an $11,000 top prize up for grabs in Saturday's Wheatland finale, Trevor won his heat race in preliminary action before slipping to finish eleventh in the 40-lap headliner.

The tripleheader Labor Day holiday weekend then concluded on Sunday with the annual running of the 'Wiener Nationals' at Moberly Motorsports Park in Moberly, Missouri, which shelled out a $10,000 payday. Trevor timed in twelfth quickest overall during the qualifying session prior to grabbing the fourth transfer spot through his loaded heat race. Gundaker Solid in Quad Cities 150 Weekend at Davenport Speedway

The month of August wrapped up for the #14G team on the 1/4-mile oval at Davenport Speedway in Davenport, Iowa from August 24-26. The three-day World of Outlaws CASE Construction Late Model Series weekend - dubbed the 'Quad Cities 150' - started with a pair of $10,000 to win preliminary programs. On Thursday night in the opener, Trevor Gundaker placed sixth in his heat race, third in his B-Main, and twenty-fourth in the 35-lap main event. The St. Charles, Missouri ace then unfortunately missed out on Friday's 35-lapper after finishing fifth in his heat race and sixth in his B-Main.

When Saturday rolled around in the Hawkeye State, a whopping $30,000 payday was up for grabs in the finale of the 'Quad Cities 150' weekend. Trevor grabbed the fourth and final transfer spot through his stacked heat race and later rolled off from the inside of the eighth row in the 80-lap headliner. He was unfortunately an early retiree in the contest; however, as he retired in the twenty-fourth finishing position. Trevor Gundaker Grabs Top Ten in MARS Visit to Granite City

Trevor Gundaker, of St. Charles, Missouri, was back in action at the nearby Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois on Friday night, August 18. The MARS Championship Series sanctioned the annual running of the 'Gary Gerstner Memorial' and a $5,000 payday was up for grabs. Trevor stopped the clock twelfth quickest overall during the qualifying session before grabbing the fourth transfer spot through his heat race. After rolling off from the outside of the sixth row in the 30-lap main event, Trevor was able to vault up inside of the top ten to nab a solid tenth place performance. Gundaker Transfers into $50,000 USA Nationals at Cedar Lake

The 36th Annual 'USA Nationals' took center stage in the Dirt Late Model world from August 3-5 at the renowned Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wisconsin. World of Outlaws CASE Construction Late Model Series action kicked off in the Badger State with a pair of preliminary events - each of which shelled out a $6,000 first place prize. On Thursday night, Trevor Gundaker finished sixth in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main, while he placed fifth in his heat race and third in his B-Main on Friday evening. Unfortunately, those finishes were just shy of transferring Trevor into the 25-lap main events.

When Saturday rolled around at Cedar Lake Speedway, the huge grandstand crowd and eyes around the world were fixated on who would emerge victorious in the $50,000 to win crown jewel event. Trevor grabbed the third and final transfer spot through his B-Main and later rolled off from the inside of the eleventh row in the 100-lap headliner. Trevor Gundaker knocked down the sixteenth quickest lap overall during the qualifying session before grabbing the sixth and final transfer spot through his heat race. Trevor started off the night by laying down the fifth quickest lap in Group A during qualifying prior to placing fifth in his heat race. "T-Rev" in Action at Lucas Oil Speedway During Rainy Weekend

With events rained out at Tri-City (IL) Speedway and I-70 (MO) Motorsports Park over the weekend, Trevor Gundaker only got one show into the record books on Saturday, July 15 at the pristine Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri. The annual running of the 'CMH Diamond Nationals' was on tap last night and a $15,000 top prize was up for grabs in the single-day program, which was co-sanctioned by both the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the Lucas Oil MLRA Series. Trevor placed eighth in his heat race and seventh in his B-Main, but later received a MLRA provisional to gain access into the 50-lap feature event. Busy Week for Trevor Gundaker in Illinois and Minnesota

The Millard Family Racing team and driver Trevor Gundaker were busy from July 4-8 in the states of Illinois and Minnesota. On Tuesday night, Trevor celebrated Independence Day at his home track - Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois. He stopped the clock fourth fastest in his group during DIRTcar Summer Nationals qualifying prior to running second in heat race action. After starting fifth on the grid in the $5,000 to win main event, the St. Charles, Missouri youngster ultimately wound up eighth in the final finishing order after 30 green flag circuits.

Over the weekend at Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minnesota, the annual 'Gopher 50' was on tap and a whopping $50,000 top prize was up for grabs in Saturday's grand finale. After unfortunately failing to transfer into the $5,000 to win prelim features on Thursday and Friday, Trevor utilized a Lucas Oil MLRA Series emergency provisional to gain access into the 75-lap headliner. He was an early retiree in the contest; however, and was eventually paid for a twenty-seventh place showing in the annual 'Gopher 50.' Trevor Gundaker Slowed by Mechanical Gremlins and Bad Luck

Trevor Gundaker and the Millard Family Racing team entered a pair of DIRTcar Summer Nationals battles from June 20-23 in the states of Missouri and Illinois. Unfortunately, the #14G team did not have any luck on their side in both programs and missed out on the main events at both Moberly Motorsports Park in Moberly, Missouri and Brownstown Bullring in Brownstown, Illinois.

On Tuesday in a $5,000 to win throwdown at Moberly, Trevor unfortunately scratched with motor issues early in the night and was not able to compete in the 30-lap headliner that was won by Billy Moyer, Jr. At Brownstown on Friday evening with a $10,000 paycheck up for grabs, Trevor went for a violent flip during his heat race, but emerged unscathed from the serious incident. With a battered racecar, the St. Charles, Missouri ace was forced to watch the 50-lapper that was eventually won by Jason Feger. The Millard Family Racing team and driver Trevor Gundaker invaded Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois and Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois on June 16-17 for a pair of $10,000 to win DIRTcar Summer Nationals showdowns. On Friday night at Granite City, Trevor timed in fourteenth fastest in Group A during qualifying before grabbing the fourth and final transfer spot through his heat race. After starting the 40-lap main event from the inside of the eighth row, Trevor officially wound up nineteenth in the final finishing order. At FALS on Saturday evening in a similar "Hell Tour" contest, the St. Charles, Missouri ace ran fourth in his heat race and fifth in his B-Main, which narrowly kept him out of the 50-lapper that was ultimately won by Bobby Pierce. Gundaker Advances into $50,000 Show-Me 100 at Wheatland

Next up on the racing calendar for Millard Family Racing was the 31st edition of the 'Show-Me 100' on May 25-27, which was co-sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the Lucas Oil MLRA Series. Things kicked off at the state-of-the-art Lucas Oil Speedway with a pair of $6,000 to win prelims. On Thursday night in the opener, Trevor Gundaker finished sixth in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main, while he placed fifth in both his heat race and his B-Main on Friday evening. Unfortunately, Trevor was not able to advance into either main event to start the weekend.

With a whopping $50,000 top prize up for grabs on Saturday in front of a jammed-packed crowd, Trevor unfortunately dropped a driveshaft early in his B-Main and had to rely on a MLRA Series provisional to gain access into the 100-lap crown jewel headliner. Trevor Gundaker Secures First Victory of 2023 at Moberly!

Trevor Gundaker and the Millard Family Racing team celebrated in victory lane for the first time in 2023 on Tuesday night, May 23 at Moberly Motorsports Park in Moberly, Missouri! Trevor swept the weekly racing program by setting Fast Time in qualifying and winning his heat race. The St. Charles, Missouri ace then wired the feature field in leading every lap to secure the $700 winner's check ahead of a top five that included runner-up David Melloway, Matt Becker, Kyle Graves, and Kayden Clatt!

Over the weekend, the #14G team entered a pair of $5,000 to win MARS Late Model Championship shows in the Land of Lincoln. On Saturday at Charleston Speedway in Charleston, Illinois, Trevor ran fifth in his heat race, but was unfortunately caught up in a wreck during the A-Main and was relegated to a twenty-second place showing. At Adams County Speedway in Quincy, Illinois on Sunday, Trevor once again placed fifth in heat race action before steering past six competitors during the headliner to salvage a ninth place effort. Rainy Dairyland Showdown for Gundaker & Millard Racing Team

The Millard Family Racing team trekked to Mississippi Thunder Speedway in Fountain City, Wisconsin from May 4-6 for the running of the 'Dairyland Showdown,' which was sanctioned by the World of Outlaws CASE Construction Late Model Series. In his spilt-field, $5,000 to win preliminary program on Thursday night, Trevor Gundaker stopped the clock seventeenth fastest in Group A during the qualifying session, but was unfortunately collected in a wreck during his 25-lapper and was relegated to a nineteenth place showing.

Following the opener, inclement weather unfortunately set in at the Badger State facility and the remainder of the three-day weekend was washed out. Friday's pair of $5,000 to win prelim shows, along with the grand finale that was slated to boast a $50,000 paycheck on Saturday, will not be rescheduled. Trevor Gundaker Posts Pair of Twelfths in Battle at the Beach

Trevor Gundaker and the Millard Family Racing team traveled to Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, Missouri on April 28-29 for two more Lucas Oil MLRA Series battles. In night one of the 'Battle at the Beach,' Trevor timed in eleventh quickest in Group A during the qualifying session before running fifth in his heat race and winning his B-Main. After starting the $5,000 to win headliner from the inside of the ninth row, Trevor was able to pick off five competitors en route to a steady twelfth place performance.

On Saturday during the $7,000 to win weekend finale, Trevor placed seventh in his heat race and second in his B-Main to earn the outside of the tenth row for the start of the 40-lapper. After unfortunately getting caught up in an early race incident, the St. Charles, Missouri youngster soldiered on to finish twelfth once again in the final finishing order.
